  Jerry TGREAT service, we're from out of state and all 4 tires went bad at the same time. They got us right in, replaced all 4, balanced and aligned at a great price. They literally saved our trip. They were very respectful and professional.

  A.BThis store has really gone downhill. I used to brag about this location, management has changed a few times and it’s been nothing but problems since. This last visit or attempted visit was it for me. I had an appointment for a simple oil change and tire rotation (last time they didn’t even do the tire rotation) i allowed more than enough time for my car to be taken back but I had to ask for my keys back because the wait was so long. There was no acknowledgment by staff or even a care, this location is convenient but I would highly recommend going to their location on Georgesville Rd. I’ll be making the extra drive from now on.

  Joshua N.I purchased four new Cooper tires on June 12. When the work was completed I saw the passenger side was missing two Lugnuts. I also had an oil change done and noticed that the oil cap was not screwed back on. This should be noted as to the lack of attention to detail.

  Scott JPrevious experiences have been great. This time soso. Appears to be totally new crew since last visit. Was a bit disappointed when I was told I had to come into the shop to make an appointment and pay a deposit to have the tires there for install. Then on install the tires were incorrectly put on my vehicle. I purchased white letter tires and the white letters, which I wanted to be visible, were put on facing inward. I pointed this out when I saw my truck on the alignment lift. I was told I’d have to make another trip in on another day to have it done right. Not a happy customer.

  BryanHad an 8 am appointment for oil change and new tires. Rep advised me that I did not need tires at the current time. The visit changed to only an oil change. Rep said it would 35-40 minutes. After one hour my car had not been taken in. Total visit ended up being two hours. Rep took $7 off my invoice. Perfect scenario of over promising and under delivering. Frustrating to say the least.

  WesleyI came into the Grove City store for an oil change about two months ago. The staff was courteous, the store was clean, the wait was acceptable. All-in-all I was very pleased with the experience.

  Amber MayleThey fixed a nail hole in my husband's tire, and checked my tires when my "low tire" light came on even though our original tires did not come from them. That is why when we finally needed new tires we came back to tire discounters. Customer service does mean a lot!!!!!

  David VargasI had a leaky seal on a brake caliper that Tire Discounters installed a few months ago. I brought it in, they looked at it and even though the issue was because of a faulty seal due to a manufacturing defect they still took full responsibility for it. They ordered the part, installed it and I was on my way in no time. A couple of things to take away from this situation, 1. They didn't try to 'up-sell' me on any other repairs while the car was there. To me this says they are honest and are truly concerned with helping me out as opposed to making extra money off me. 2. They kept me informed the whole time. I find that most of the time you have to call to check up on your car while in the shop. But not with TD. Not at this store or the one off Bethel which is just as good. 3. The waiting area was super clean. This sends the message that they take pride in what they do. Not many shops keep a waiting room as clean as they do so I thought I would mention it. Overall great experience. Mike was great, Courtney was great, the overall experience was exceptional. Good job TD on having these kind of people at your shop.

  Katie MazierskiMike truly set the bar for customer service in my book. I had purchased a tire at this location 8 months ago and there was already a leak in it. I called the store and Mike, without hesitation, apologized for the inconvenience and stated to bring my car in to replace the tire and only charge me to extend my warranty ($40). Once I brought the car in, we discovered that I didn't have a wheel lock key and there was no way for them to get my tire off to replace it. Instead of blowing me off, Mike offered to personally drive my car to my dealership the next morning to get everything taken care of for me. I took him up on his offer and left my car at T.D. overnight. He went to my Volkswagen dealer in the morning personally, was there at 9 am right when they opened, and had everything taken care of with my tire. I was even late picking my car up that evening, and he stayed at the shop and waited until I got there to pick up my car. TRUE customer service--a class act. Highly recommend!
